Bio

Meet Tom

Tom is an accounting and finance consultant with more than 12 years of experience. His background working for public and private entities in multiple industries and of varying size allows him to be an effective advisor.

Tom focuses on Financial Management within Armanino’s CFO Advisory practice, and he interacts with clients in a broad range of areas. Tom supports clients in a number of different ways, addressing technical accounting needs and helping clients operationalize their technical accounting, as well as accounting standard adoptions. He also supports clients through more operational routes such as audit or IPO prep and financial reporting, among others. Tom has also acted as a technical accountant for implementations of accounting standards in assistant controller and financial reporting capacities in more operational roles. He has also supported a major divestiture/carve-out and IPO of a building products company, which included an IFRS to U.S. GAAP conversion.

Tom is skilled in ASC 606 assessments and implementations, ASC 842 assessments and implementations, operational issues, purchase price allocations, divestitures/carve-outs and financial reporting.
