  • Management & Board Advisory: Advise management on public company readiness and offering process, including hiring of investment bankers, IPO marketing and messaging, and investor relations.

  • Marketing & Brand Awareness: Support marketing strategy to up-level company visibility in the market, including keynotes at customer/partner events.
3. Technology & Digital Transformation
  • Establish best-in-class front and back office technology (e.g., ERP, CRM, Budgeting and Reporting) to ensure global scalability, while meeting strict compliance requirements.
  • Implement and integrate your systems, as needed, based on our best-in-class roadmap.
4. Financial Planning & Reporting
  • Provide co-sourced or outsourced FP&A capabilities to meet all SEC reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and file Form S1 / S4.
  • Support technical accounting compliance and management related to:
