Q. What was it that drew you to Armanino?
Armanino has a real culture of opportunity that I appreciate. We allow our people to find opportunities and encourage them to achieve their dreams. The environment here makes going to work every day feel like it’s not even work.
Q. Without naming names, tell us about your favorite client and why you enjoyed working with them.
My favorite is a long-term client who has also become a personal friend. I like that this client continues to leverage technology and makes improvements to systems as new technologies emerge.
Q. What keeps you up at night?
The next big thing. Technology changes quickly and it is important to make sure our clients are aware of the new trends, tools and concepts.
Q. Describe your work style.
I would say that my work style is enjoyable. I like to make work fun and ensure that our team and our clients are building great relationships to solve problems. I like the solutions that come out of collaboration between our team and clients.
Q. Who is (or was) the most influential person in your life
I’ve been very lucky and have had many positive influences. At every point in my career, I’ve had a mentor who was willing to take me under their wing. What I’ve found most interesting is that my toughest mentors challenged me the most to grow as a leader, and have had the biggest impact on my professional development. My most supportive mentor taught me to never stop trying and to always keep moving forward.
