Meet Tom

Tom has more than 25 years of experience in management consulting, software development and public accounting. He has grown the Armanino Consulting team to an award-winning, high-growth practice area for the firm today. The Consulting practice now accounts for more than half of Armanino’s revenues, has 13 partners and 200+ employees in 22 states.

Past Experience:

  • Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at Comergent Technologies, a business and e-commerce software provider.
  • Vice President of Product Strategy for the Financial Application product line at PeopleSoft.
  • Extensive experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, e-business, and organizational change management.
  • Frequent speaker on topics such as ERP, CRM, business process automation and strategic leadership for the finance organization.

Q. Without naming names, tell us about your favorite client and why you enjoyed working with them.
My favorite clients are those that we help get to the next level, whether they are expanding operations or expanding top-line revenue. These clients have recognized that growth comes from a solid strategy, executing and utilizing technology in more and better ways than they have in the past.

Results-oriented, always moving forward to help our clients achieve success.  I am committed to supporting our staff’s professional growth by providing technical skills development programs and serving as a hands-on instructor for our internal training sessions. I work with my team to bring clarity to everything we do by setting goals and managing toward their achievement.

Seek to be empowered. When you ask for and take on more responsibility, promotions and raises will come.
