Meet Ted

Ted has more than 50 years of experience in public accounting. Since retiring from full-time practice in 2015, he has continued to consult with clients in his role as Of Counsel advisor, providing timely communication, aggressive problem solving and personal attention.

He has extensive experience serving the hospitality, mortgage banking/broker, advertising, manufacturing and distribution, and real estate industries. His real estate clients include home builders, commercial and residential developers, mobile home park operators and land developers. His areas of expertise include transaction negotiation, business restructuring and reorganization, forensic accounting, compensation planning and strategy, and bankruptcy resolution.

Ted serves on the board of directors of Community Corporation of Santa Monica, an affordable housing developer. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a B.S. in accounting from California State University, Northridge, and an M.S. in taxation from Golden Gate University.
