Michelle assesses processes, business requirements, data structure and challenges for clients of all sizes. She also helps identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement, and she implements process improvement strategies so companies can achieve their strategic goals and prepare for the future.
With expertise in the food and beverage and manufacturing industries, Michelle has more than 25 years of experience as an accounting and regulatory compliance professional. Prior to joining Brown Smith Wallace (which merged with Armanino), Michelle spent nearly 20 years at Anheuser-Busch, where she was responsible for approximately $1.7 billion in excise tax payments annually and oversaw the filing of approximately 450 reports each month.
