Meet Holli

Holli is a results-oriented senior financial and operations executive. With more than 20 years of experience guiding over 100 high-growth companies in e-commerce, software, digital media and manufacturing, she repeatedly drives rapidly increasing shareholder value.

Holli works with CEOs, board members and partners to execute plans that transform business visions into reality. She analyzes operations and strategic opportunities, utilizing innovative problem solving and performance-driven team management.

As a CFO consultant, Holli provides financial guidance and essential infrastructure designed to manage resources, preserve cash and accommodate growth for startups. For later-stage private companies, Holli provides guidance with buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, reorganizations and restarts. She is highly familiar with the CFO's fiduciary role at venture capital-backed technology companies and other private equity-backed companies. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and CPA (inactive).

Holli received her MBA in Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management and her B.A. in economics from the University of Michigan.
