David Lee, CPA

David is a tax partner in Armanino’s national office practice and leads the firm’s Research & Development (R&D) Tax Services practice. He has over 22 years of professional experience in public accounting and is based in Silicon Valley, CA. David works with venture backed startup companies as well as multinational corporations in the technology, manufacturing and life science industries. He advises clients on corporate tax strategies and solutions for federal and state research credits, and tax audit issues. Prior to joining Armanino, David spent his career in the national tax service groups of Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Ernst & Young. He is a member of the AICPA and CA Society of CPAs.
