Having difficulties viewing existing sample integrations? Before spending grueling hours creating integrations that already exist for your fellow coworkers, save time and troubleshoot!
1. Check the path listed under Default Integration Manager Database. This path is usually a shared directory on the network in which all IM users are pointed.
2. Launch Integration Manager. From the menu bar, select Tools>Options.
3. Compare the path you have listed to a colleague's; click on the ellipses to browse to the correct location. Click Apply and OK.
4. Select Open Integration, you should now be able to view those missing integrations!
