Interim Placement

There are times when your team needs skilled and experienced people to jump in and hit the ground running. Our consultants are experienced professionals recommended to us by our colleagues and clients who have directly worked with them and can speak to their quality of work.

Julia serves on the senior management team as Director of Executive Search and Compensation Services.  She has nearly 20 years of recruiting, sales, and operations management experience, including executive search, hiring best practices, compensation planning and analysis, employee retention strategy, team building and succession planning. As Director, Julia manages the company’s executive search practice that provides retained and contingent search services, interim placement, and compensation analysis and review for finance and accounting positions. Prior to joining Armanino, Julia held regional leadership roles for Peopleflex Accounting Professionals, Accountants Inc., and AOC. Julia is a board member with the Council of Business Advisors and leads the Walnut Creek chapter.  Julia earned her Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge.  She is a Bay Area native from Los Gatos and currently lives in the East Bay with her husband and two boys.

Mary Law has over 20 years of executive recruiting experience in the Bay Area, and has been an integral member of the Armanino executive search practice since its inception in 2008.  Working with public and private companies across all industries, Mary effectively executes accounting and finance searches, including Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance, Controller, and Accounting Manager. Prior to Armanino, Mary was the principal of her own recruiting firm, specializing in placement of C-level positions in the banking and financial services industry.  Mary earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Detroit and lives in the East Bay with her husband and two boys.

Dawn has shaped her successful recruiting career through coaching and relationship building, responsive account management, strategic sourcing and strong negotiation skills. Prior to her career in recruiting, Dawn owned and operated several successful Italian restaurants in the East Bay.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology from California State University East Bay. She is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area and currently lives in the East Bay with her husband, three dogs and three goats.
