Bio
Melissa is a senior manager in Armanino’s compensation and benefits planning practice. She focuses on helping clients with their benefit plan design, implementation, administration and compliance, while also serving as a resource to help them stay up-to-date with the constant changes in compensation and benefits law. Since no two companies are alike, she works with each client’s specific situation to provide a unique plan.
She is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. Melissa has a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Midwestern State University and earned a graduate degree in accounting and an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington.
