The Brenner Group brings nearly 30 years of industry experience to Armanino and will continue to operate as a separate entity. There will be no reduction in headcount as part of the transaction.

Additionally, The Brenner Group will strengthen its interim management practice by integrating Armanino’s executive search team, and will together provide permanent and temporary placement services for a variety of leadership roles. This creates a full-circle professional staffing solution for businesses at any stage of their growth.
