Armanino LLP is the largest independent accounting and business consulting firm based in California. We are a nationwide leader in serving privately-held companies, as well as, non-profit organizations and public entities. We provide three main areas of service – assurance/audittax and consulting. Our technology focus and global services are key aspects of our service lines. We work with clients in a large range of industries including technology, manufacturing, and distribution, consumer-retail, nonprofit, private schools, real estate, professional services, life sciencesinsurance and healthcare.

Our offices are located in California, the West and Mid-West regions of the U.S. and we have consultants on the ground at key locations across the Nation. We provide global services in more than 100 countries through our membership in Moore Stephens International Limited – one of the world's major accounting and consulting organizations.

The firm is led by Andy Armanino, its Managing Partner, and past award recipient of IPAs “Most Admired Peer”, Accounting Today’s “Top 100 Most Influential” and the San Francisco Business Times “Most Admired CEOs.” The firm’s Executive Committee, which sets the direction and vision for the firm, includes Andy Armanino, Matt Armanino, Brad Cless, Scott Copeland, Tom GardTom Mescall and David Sordello.

Armanino also operates two other divisions – AMF Media Group specializing in media and communication services and Financial Horizons, an independent financial planning and wealth management firm.

Corporate Responsibility

Our ‘Great Give’ program celebrates volunteerism as we close our offices for a day to give back to the communities we serve. Beyond that, our firm-wide charitable programs support worthy causes throughout the year.

Employees are given the day off so they can roll up their sleeves and volunteer at nonprofit organizations throughout the Bay Area. Projects range and have included such work as decorating a children's infirmary, building a play structure, sorting food in a warehouse, teaching at an elementary school, feeding the homeless, restoring a garden, playing games with seniors, and caring for animals. Employees were able to sign up for projects of their choice depending on their interests and location. 

Our partners are also active in the community. They serve on boards, fundraise and hold many financial treasurer positions. One of the firm's partners started his own foundation called the Bay Area Leadership Foundation which is an organization dedicated to giving low income students a chance for college. Throughout the year, members of the firm organize opportunities to participate in a wide number of programs such as Adopt a Family, Daffodil Days, and various walks to raise money for cancer. The firm is a certified green business and has a Green Committee dedicated to cutting down on waste and improving sustainability both in the office and at home.

The Great Give

Every year, Armanino closes its offices to deliver a day of hands-on volunteer service to community-based organizations and nonprofits through its annual Great Give event. This year, marks our fifth year of giving back to our communities.
